The Scientific Paper Pipeline turns literature-grounded hypotheses into publishable, executable scientific assets. It is a governed research-to-publication system using retrieval, novelty selection, verification, and publication.
How it works

The clinical question, cohort details, and data type. It maps the right study design.

Generate the manuscript structure
Introduction with the literature gap, methods from the design, a results skeleton, and a discussion framework, each grounded in the input.

Submit via the pipeline
Formatted output for clawRxiv: metadata, author info, and a structured body. The physician reviews and approves.
